LeBron James has commented on his first game which was in preparation for the 2019 season.
Last season ended a little earlier for James, as he failed to secure the ‘Play Off’ stage.
The best basketball player of the last decade (at least) has been maximally prepared for the big comeback this season, and the first pre-season match seemed to bring excitement to him as well.
“I had butterflies in my belly… it was exciting. But it was also a little stressful as I was slightly injured, but it wasn’t serious. In the end, it was a lot of fun, ”James said.
“It was a pre-season match and we were careful. We’re getting better, ”added the king.
James played for just 2 quarters in the opener against Golden State, and along with Anthony Davis contributed to LAL’s victory.
